The face behind The Pantry @ Number 32
I’m a mum of three, and during the day I work as a Science Technician in a local secondary school - a bit like baking really… just without being able to lick the spoon!
But in my spare time, this little setup is my pride and joy — my home baking business, built with love, passion, and a lot of late-night baking sessions 🍪
I’ve spent over 10 years working in catering, gaining experience across kitchens and management, and now I’ve poured everything I’ve learned into creating something of my own.
The Dream
Some of you who have been with us from the start, will know that we previously ran a café. Whilst I loved meeting customers and being part of the community, I quickly realised that my passion wasn't in running a traditional shop. What I truly love is creating bespoke bakes, working closely with customers, and being part of their special moments and celebrations.
That's what The Pantry @ Number 32 is all about.
From celebration cakes and personalised tray bakes to cupcakes, cookie boxes, treat boxes, corporate orders, and event catering, my goal is simple: to create delicious homemade bakes that bring people together and make occasions that little bit sweeter.
What started as a small home bakery has grown into something I'm incredibly proud of, and I'm so grateful for the support I've received along the way.
This is only the beginning. My dream is to continue growing The Pantry @ Number 32 into a recognised local brand, expanding into larger events, markets, corporate catering, and eventually a mobile bakery that can bring homemade sweet treats directly to communities across Lancashire and beyond
